Online Ordering Process

Shipping available

All online orders will be shipped domestically via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by UPS live rates and are dependent upon order location, size and weight. You will receive an email with a live tracking number and another e-mail once your order is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Process

Please allow up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. Special orders or out-of-stock items require additional time for processing. We will email you with updates regarding the status of your order as it becomes available.

Changes and Cancellations

To modify or cancel your order, please do so by logging in and canceling your order through the account page. If you cannot, you may contact us at info@uniformsbyplanett.com. Changes and cancellations must be made prior to your order being processed for fulfillment. 

Returns and Exchanges

Online Shipped Purchases:
Planet T Uniforms will refund online order items within 15 days of receipt of your order. All returns require the original sales documents from any online purchase at uniformsbyplanett.com.  After 15 days and up to 30 days of receipt, you may receive a store credit to be used in our retail store.

All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging, with all tags originally attached.

Refunds: Within 15 days of receipt of items with original invoice, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon return of items. Original shipping charges are non- refundable. The cost to return items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items purchased online may be returned in-store however, refunds will be processed online.

Store Credit: Within 30 days of receipt of items with the original invoice, store credit will be issued upon return of items. Original shipping charges are non- refundable. The cost to return items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items purchased online may be returned in-store.

 

In-Store Purchases:

We are happy to return or exchange new merchandise with the original sales receipt that is: In original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags originally attached.

Refunds: Within 14 days of dated receipt of goods, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The credit card used to make the purchase must be present. Items purchased as part of a package deal cannot be returned individually.

Exchanges/Store Credit: Original receipts within 30 days may receive even exchanges. Exchanges will be processed for the same school item in a different size** or color. Or, you may receive a store credit for the original amount paid as shown on the receipt.

How to Measure

Size charts are available for each item.

Please make sure to reference these as sizes may run differently. See below for guidance on how to measure your child. How to Measure Please follow the helpful guidelines below to help you select the sizes of your student’s School Uniforms when buying online.

  1. You will need a tape measure. If you do not have one, we will have a limited supply to provide to you.
  2. Most of our garments run big to allow for growth throughout the school year. The sizes of our school uniforms may vary from the sizes you may use for your student in other garments. Always refer to each item’s size chart on our website or in our fit sheets when making your selection to ensure the best available fit.
  3. Measure your student at the same points of measure as the size chart indicates to determine the proper size to order.
  4. When making your size selections, always consider your student’s growth throughout the year. Follow our detailed wash instructions to avoid shrinkage. Allow ample room for layers when selecting the sizes for jackets.

CHEST
Position your tape measure 1” below the underarm and measure the fullest circumference of the chest.

SLEEVE LENGTH
Measure from the edge of the shoulder at the top of the arm to the bottom of the wrist

WAIST
 The waistline can be located by measuring the narrowest part of the upper body between the chest and the hips. Allow the tape measure to remain slightly loose when taking the waist measurement.

HIP
This measurement should be taken around the widest point of the hips, just above the hip bones.

INSEAM
Measure from the inside of the crotch to the desire length of your pants. For best results, take this measurement while wearing comfortable school type shoes or sneakers.
